Last month we introduced you to our Top Dog. Today, we’d like to help you get to know Christina Russell, our President and fearless Leader of the Pack!
Christina is a tremendous asset to the Camp Bow Wow team, bringing her extensive background in executive leadership and expertise in franchise operations to the mix. To Christina, growing the brand and maximizing each Camp’s profitability, while successfully delivering on the brand’s promise to customers, are the top priorities that make the Camp Bow Wow world go ‘round.
So, how does she ensure that both of these goals are met?
Christina works tirelessly to make sure that each of our Camps is delivering the maximum value to our customers, an essential component of the brand’s mission. She’s also dedicated to continuing to strengthen relationships with Camp Bow Wow’s key stakeholders – including our franchise owners and investors.
Prior to assuming her role as Leader of the Pack in 2014, Christina spent 15 years working with the world’s largest fitness franchise, Curves International. As a franchise owner, she quickly expanded to own four successful clubs. Over the years, Christina worked her way through the franchise system, holding several positions in her tenure with the company: Business Mentor, Area Director, and ultimately the Vice President of Operations for thousands of franchise owners across the U.S. and Canada.
When she’s not grooming Camps for success, Christina can be found spending time with her husband and their daughter. They live in the Denver area and are currently looking for the perfect puppy to add to the Russell Pack!
