That way, you’ll have your pick of the litter when the time to hire Camp Counselors and management staff comes around.
Start networking and spreading the word.
Once you’ve got your location selected and are fully on board to begin building your Camp from the ground up, it’s time to get your community excited as well. Turn to current and potential business partners, local news outlets and small businesses in your area to help you spread the word. Attend networking events and fairs in the area, plan fun events leading up to opening day, and make sure you’ve got a great grand opening party arranged as well.
